Spirit Tastings

Just as much fun as a great wine tasting, your palette deserves the luxury of sampling the differences of flavors and textures across the same kind of spirit. The Windjammer has hosted Bourbon, Scotch, and Tequila tastings during quiet summer evenings.

Every tasting includes a heavy dose of the history and stories about the spirits we are sampling. Included are charcuterie and sushi pairings to accompany the theme of the evening. It is not uncommon for a few participants to crack out a cigar outside and enjoy the overall atmosphere and starlit night.
