Cooking Stone

This dinner is meant to savor family, friends, and the food, over three courses. You will spend a few hours cooking your choice foods on a hot stone, shared with family and/or friends. We do all the preparation for each course and cleanup after, you just enjoy!

Cheese Fondue Course:
A combination of three cheeses melted and blended with wine and other spices. Brought out in a fondue pot, and finished table side by your server
Served with: Broccoli, Herbed Croustinis, Apple Slices, Steamed Baby Marble Potatoes

Entree Course:

Traditional Cooking stone – Prepared for your own cooking experience, and heated continuously

Served with choice of: Beef, Salmon, Shrimp, or Scallops

Also served with: Mushroom, Peppers, and Squash

Dessert Course:

Belgian Dark Chocolate Fondue – Prepared in a traditional style copper and ceramic double boiler

Accompanied by: Bananas, Strawberries, Angel Food Cake, Marshmallows and Pineapple
